For a casual WWE fan like me, not much is known about NXT’s newest addition to its ever-growing and impressive womens division-Asuka. If you do follow the indy circuit or the international wrestling scene, you’re already probably a huge Kana (Asuka’s former ring name) fan for years now. However, after her debut at NXT Respect, it’s probably safe that everyone who witnessed Asuka’s debut match against Dana Brooke were thoroughly impressed with her wrestling presence and skills. Every hit she made felt so stiff that I found myself saying oohhsss and aahhss repeatedly. Props to Dana for taking the hits professionally.

With Hideo Itami already in the NXT roster, I wouldn’t be surprise if he forms some sort of alliance with the deadly Asuka and probably bring in another or two Japanese wrestlers to form one heck of a fearsome international group. Indeed.

Bayley, Nia Jax and every woman in the NXT womens division better watch out. Get this newest WWE wallpaper today featuring Japanese sensation Asuka! She’s as hot as this one for sure.

The battle lines have been drawn. The WOMEN’s division has been shaken up. And it was awesome.

Last Monday Night RAW, we finally saw a glimpse of hope for the Divas division when the NXT fearsome trio of Becky Lynch, Charlotte and NXT Women’s Champion Sasha Banks made their much-anticipated debuts. Sasha aligned herself with Naomi and Tamina, calling their group as Team B.A.D (Best At Dominating) this past Smackdown while Charlotte and Becky joined forces with Paige. They all have common motives though – to dethrone Team Bella and bring long-overdue respect and excitement to the WWE Divas division. We can finally expect bigger and better things from these women of wrestling. Given proper time on women’s matches, everyone pretty much agrees that this current crop of WWE Divas can tear the house down, just like how Charlotte, Sasha and Becky solidified women’s wrestling in NXT. Go girls!

NXT has been on a roll lately that I cannot overlook the NXT Women’s Champion, The Boss, Sasha Banks! She has been absolutely terrific, even main-eventing some NXT live and taped shows against the likes of Charlotte, Bayley and Becky Lynch. She and Becky were so good at NXT Unstoppable that Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn seemed like they had to top that match later that night. Sasha Banks and the other NXT Divas have redefined women’s wrestling for the casual WWE fans which, hopefully, will be carried over to the main shows Raw and Smackdown soon. If you want to see what I’m talking about, watch any of Sasha Banks’ matches. You’ll be astonished as to what the NXT Women’s Champion can do, not that you already know (purist wrestling fans). And hey, I also think she’s super cute. The Boss gimmick may portray a brash, egoistic and in-your-face personality but if you look at Sasha closely, she’s still a young and innocent-looking girl haha especially when she tries not to smile but fails to do so :))

By now I’m pretty sure most of the WWE Universe have seen the latest and probably the best NXT TakeOver to ever happen: NXT REvolution. It was a total showcase of WWE’s future headliners both in the male and female divisions. Almost every match that night was a show-stealer. The debut (and quick heel turn in the end) of Kevin Owens, the epic entrance of Finn Balor, the superb NXT Women’s championship match between Charlotte and Sasha Banks, the likes of Kalisto and Ideo Hitami flying in the air and of course, the NXT Championship match between Adrian Neville and Sami Zayn that brought the house down with excellent match booking and storytelling. I’ve never watched NXT multiple times until this show. It was that AWESOME!

Starting the year right is this newest and first 2015 WWE wallpaper of the NXT Superstars. Instead of making a year-end WWE champions, I decided to shift the focus entirely to WWE’s development of future main eventers. These young guns are primed to bring NXT to newer heights. Watch out 2015, their evolution is now.
