Overall, it has been a great year for WWE. New bonafide WWE Superstars were made, rivalries were intense and sometimes, edgy..but more importantly, new champions were crowned. Granted I would’ve preferred Daniel Bryan as WWE World Heavyweight Champion, I must say Randy Orton is doing a fine job being the top and most hated heel champ. The face of the WWE is now back to being the top dog in the industry and from the looks of it, he ain’t going to lose the WWE World Heavyweight Championship soon.

How about Dean Ambrose? Well, for some reason, he is not being booked to defend the US Championship on a constant basis. Weird. Big E Langston is giving new life to the midcard division by simply becoming the Intercontinental Champion. At least, the likes of Fandango, Curtis Axel and Damien Sandow are targeting his prestigious IC belt. AJ Lee has dominated the Divas division, period. Not even the ratings of Total Divas can take the belt away from her. Who’s gonna stop her in 2014? I’m thinking Paige. Lastly, the Rhodes brothers are tearing it up in the Tag Team division. I like how they’re not unbeatable but look to be the team to beat because of their natural chemistry. Goldust has been rejuvenated and Cody is killing it with mastery of his wrestling skill set.

Again, 2013 has been good to wrestling fans. There were certainly a couple of ups and downs..but 2014 is shaping up to be a sleeper and has a shot on bringing a new start of a golden era in WWE (at least) again. I dunno exactly why, but my gut tells me we’re in store for an exciting roller coaster ride in a few months time! AJ’s “pipebombshell” this past Monday Night Raw was something we all didn’t expect to happen. It was incredible watching something like that from a WWE Diva. I believe it wasn’t a total shoot though. Worse is if it was done to promote the Total Divas show instead of showcasing the WWE Divas Champion more prominently than noobs like Eva Marie (she’s hot though) and Jojo. If this leads to AJ feuding with one of the casts from Total Divas, I hope it would be Natalya. If its the Bella Twins, AJ should come out dominating. Nattie is the only real threat there right now.

The only Total Diva in the eyes of the WWE Universe is none other than the Divas champ AJ. She may have been left out of the Total Divas cast (not that she needs it anyway), but for her, competing in a WWE ring in a nightly basis is a lot better than being in a “reality” series that doesn’t showcase her real talents and skills, wrestling-wise. She’s right, she’s carried the Divas division for a while now and for that alone, AJ deserves a lengthy title reign.

Videogame AND wrestling fans, October 30 (US) is just 2 days away! You know what I mean..WWE ’13! This year’s rendition will feature more WWE Superstars by adding the most popular wrestlers during the Attitude Era such as Stone Cold, The Rock, Val Venis, The Godfather, Ken Shamrock, APA and so many more! The WWE PG roster has been updated of course and we’ll see the likes of CM Punk, The Rock 2011, Damien Sandow, Masked Kane 2011, Antonio Cesaro and Big Hungry himself, Ryback! No reason NOT to get excited about that! Of course, WWE ’13 will feature enhancements on their game engine named Predator Technology 2.0. Season modes include Universe and Attitude. We’ll also get Eddie Guerrero and the Doctor of Thuganomics version of John Cena (that’s a personal favorite). And AJ Lee. Ahh can’t wait!
