2014 Fifa World Cup is coming to an end with Germany and Argentina scheduled to face each other in the finals in just a few hours. Of course, WWE joins the fever by holding a photoshoot featuring WWE Divas in soccer uniforms. There’s just something about chicks in soccer uniforms, right? And you just can’t go wrong with this lineup of Summer, Lilian, Natalya, Rosa, Layla, Lana and Paige. It would’ve been cool (or hotter?) if AJ was included in this shoot too though.

WE..THE PEOPLE! It was different that time. When Jack Swagger & Zeb Colter confronted Alexander Rusev & Lana, the WWE Universe weren’t sure of what to react. For all we know, the Real Americans (even without Cesaro anymore) might pull a swerve and diss the crowd and join forces with the Russians. Instead, we finally saw the official full face turn of Jack Swagger and boy did the crowd embraced it. We even heard a “Let’s go Swagger” chant. That was cool.

Despite dishing another injury to a fellow WWE Superstar *cough* Bad News Barrett *cough*, Swagger may be in for a mini-push as the current roster is lacking in Faces..or it may also be nothing but giving a solid rival who Rusev can step on his way up the ladder. Honestly, I don’t like the stiff style of the All-American American (see Ziggler & Barrett), but right now, he may have a good thing going with this Face turn. We’ll see what he can do in this iteration, especially with WWE Summerslam just around the corner.

Bray Wyatt’s captivating character is truly a once-in-a-lifetime talent in the wrestling industry. Every time he shows up, the WWE Universe listen. Not only that, people are singing with him now or participates in his entrance by turning on their cellphones in the dark. It’s an awesome sight right? His gimmick goes beyond suspension of belief. He makes it so believable that we can’t help but listen to him. A babyface turn is in the works I’ve heard. We’ll see if it fits his dark personality. And as for the upcoming WWE Money in the Bank PPV, could he suddenly win the WWE World Heavyweight Championship and shock the wrestling world? For me, it’s a bit early..but if we’re in for a big surprise, I think you can’t go wrong with Bray Wyatt being the champion.

I’m afraid I’ve got some…GOOD news, especially for Wade Barrett fans. Yep, a brand-spankin’ new #BNB wallpaper! BOOM!

Bad News Barrett has a lot of momentum going and I gotta admit, it’s pretty cool to see him finally nail a gimmick that works best for him. This persona started slow for him but eventually picked up and garnered steam, even allowing him to win the Intercontinental Championship and became relevant again. With the Daniel Bryan injury situation looking bleak, I wouldn’t be surprised if he gets pushed to the roof in just a month or two. The fans are behind him and he’s contributing quality matches in the midcard division. One bull hammer to a prominent main eventer or perhaps one from The Authority and you’ve got your next big thing.

Paige has arrived, and boy did she arrived in grand fashion. Paige ended AJ’s historic WWE Divas Championship title reign the RAW after WrestleMania 30 and becoming the youngest Diva champion ever at age 21, a feat that certainly puts her on the map and establishing her name in WWE today. It’s no secret that the division is in dire need of new blood – Paige’s arrival, and hopefully, Emma’s too, addresses that need. Paige can flat-out wrestle with anyone in WWE and NXT today. The Eater of Worlds has nothing but trouble for John Cena. These past few weeks, Bray Wyatt has masterfully controlled the pace against John Cena. All the mind games and the beatdowns, you can say that it has been one-sided so far. With Cena acting as the one holding the torch, it may only be a matter of time before Bray forcefully takes that torch away from John.
