The Beast, Brock Lesnar, may have brought hell to New Day in Japan but more importantly, the Demon Prince Finn Balor returned to the Land of the Rising Sun and captured the NXT Championship from the brash and very tough competitor Kevin Owens! As the announcers said, it was a fairytale comeback for the one formerly known as Prince Devitt. It was an awesome back and forth match, with Owens legitimately looking like he’ll retain his championship against the very game Balor. In the end though, after a shift in momentum and series of quick attacks, Finn pinned the champion for the 1, 2, 3 and cemented himself an international star and champion. This one will be etched in his soul for the rest of his life. Congratulations Finn Balor! You deserve that prestigious NXT Championship!
